BUCKET LINER WARRANTY
Contemporary Products of Texas, Inc's bucket liners are rotationally molded from the highest quality low density polyethylene available. Each liner is visually inspected for defects and dielectrically tested before shipment. For a period of two years from the date of delivery, Contemporary Products of Texas, Inc. will replace this liner if it will not withstand a one minute test at the certified test voltage set forth below or if it has any mechanical damage due to improper molding. This warranty does not cover damage due to user abuse or user failure to properly protect the product. Dielectric voltage warranty is likewise limited to the certified voltage set forth below.

Any liner believed to be defective must be shipped to Contemporary Products of Texas, Inc. with freight prepaid. If the liner is found to have manufacturing defects, a replacement liner will be shipped to you with freight prepaid by CPI. Contemporary Products of Texas, Inc's responsibility is limited to replacement of liners. This constitutes the complete warranty of Contemporary Products of Texas, Inc. either express or implied.

FIBERGLASS PRODUCTS WARRANTY
All Contemporary Products of Texas Inc. fiberglass products have been carefully manufactured with high quality resins and glasses and are inspected prior to shipment. For a period of twelve (12) months after the date of shipment, Contemporary Products of Texas Inc., at its option, will repair or replace any component found to be defective. This warranty does not extend to defects or damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product or to any modifications other than those made by Contemporary Products of Texas Inc. Liability is hereby limited to repair of replacement.

This constitutes the complete warranty of Contemporary Products of Texas Inc., and excludes all other or further warranties, express or implied.

Defective components must be shipped freight prepaid to Contemporary Products of Texas Inc. Upon receipt and inspection, repairs or replacements will be made in accordance with this warranty.
